Their wines are made with low intervention methods. They farm organically, they hand harvest and pick into baskets, they use native yeasts, they add minimal additives, and their wines are all unfiltered and unfined. Are main varietals that they produce are Semillon, Pinot Noir, Malbec all coming from their Fox family vineyard just down the road from them.

The Fox Family vineyard was planted in 2011 on the Naramata Bench. The site was selected due to its elevation, soil type, drainage, wide open and rocky south facing slopes. The soil consists of clay, silt, and granite gravel that was left behind by glacial activity. The Vineyard has optimal sun and wind movement, and the slight temperature variance from the higher elevation helps keep the fruit balanced during the growing season. The vineyard was planted with Muscat, Semillon, Pinot Noir, and Malbec.
