Else Wines

Else is the creative outlet and passion project from Echo Bay winemaker Kelsey Rufiange. It's a chance for her to dabble with different styles, techniques and grape varietals while appeasing her curiosity (or bringing up further questions to try and answer next year...). You can find her most days at her family's vineyard and winery (Echo Bay Vineyard) where she is an eternal student of holistic farming and minimal intervention winemaking.
